VIP evening with Anastasia Soare & Oprah Winfrey at The Ebell Theatre, Los Angeles.
This project was next level - creating a landing page for a live event featuring Oprah Winfrey. When you're designing for someone who literally defined modern media culture, every detail matters.
The challenge wasn't just aesthetic - it was information architecture. Had to organize extensive content (event details, multiple ticket tiers, venue information, FAQs, speaker bios) into something that felt effortless to scan while maintaining the premium positioning both icons deserve.
Strategy was creating clear visual hierarchy through strategic spacing, typography scales, and subtle sectioning. Key information like date, venue, and pricing needed to jump out immediately, while deeper content remained accessible without overwhelming. The ticket section was particularly complex - three pricing tiers with different benefits required clear comparison while avoiding the 'cheap vs expensive' feel.
Maintained the elegant ABH aesthetic but added structure and urgency appropriate for event marketing. The Oprah factor required delicate balance - leveraging her incredible star power without overshadowing Anastasia's story, since this was ultimately about celebrating the book and its author.

FREE live workshop featuring Molly Fletcher ('female Jerry Maguire') and Kim Scott, author of Radical Candor.
This was a fun departure from the previous elegant projects - working with Molly Fletcher, the legendary sports agent who represented over 300 athletes and negotiated $500+ million in contracts. Known as the 'female Jerry Maguire,' she's now one of the world's most sought-after speakers with a million-view TED Talk.
The challenge was creating energy and excitement for a FREE webinar while maintaining professional credibility. Molly's brand is all about dynamic energy and peak performance, so the design needed to feel vibrant and motivating without looking unprofessional.
Used bright accent colors, bold typography, and energetic layout to match her personality and speaking style. The content was substantial - two high-profile speakers, detailed bios, multiple value propositions - but had to feel accessible and exciting, not overwhelming. Strategic use of white space and color blocking helped organize the information flow.
The goal was conversion for a free event, which meant focusing on value perception and FOMO rather than overcoming price objections. Emphasized the caliber of speakers, limited-time nature, and actionable takeaways to drive registrations.

Business strategy book launch for author Eric Becker, focusing on building enduring companies.
This one had multiple rounds of revisions as both the book cover design and website content evolved. The initial feedback was "needs something more" - they wanted color blocking using the blue from the book cover to elevate the design.
Challenge was creating visual interest without overwhelming the business/strategy content. Used the book's blue strategically throughout - in section backgrounds, CTAs, and accent elements. The statistics section (33 million new businesses, 70% failure rate) needed strong visual treatment to make the data compelling rather than just informative.
Had to work through several rounds of quick edits and rush deadlines, including adding extra pages that were mostly duplicates of the homepage. The client was flexible with timeline and budget adjustments for the additional work.

WEALTH HABITS BOOK
Pre-order campaign for Candy Valentino's financial freedom guide, published by Wiley.
Worked on this after my book cover design wasn't selected, but got to use the color palette I'd developed. Goal was making Candy look premium but approachable in the financial space.
Used gold as the main accent to convey success and value. Had to handle a complex pre-order flow with multiple retailers plus bonus content capture. The tricky part was organizing all the value-adds (launch team access, masterclass, resources) without making it feel overwhelming.
Kept the design clean and modern to match her tech-forward approach to wealth building.
